Snow & Mow Partners will offer snow plowing in winter and lawn mowing in summer for homes and businesses in Terrace, BC. Our goal is to give fast, good, and affordable service to our customers.
Daily Work:
In winter, we will clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots. In summer, we will mow lawns, trim grass, and do small landscaping jobs. Each day will start with checking the weather, planning our route, and getting tools ready. On snowy mornings, we will start early so customers can use their driveways before work.
Equipment and Supplies:
We will use snow plows, shovels, lawnmowers, trimmers, and salt spreaders. All tools will be cleaned and checked often. We will buy fuel and supplies from local stores to save time and support local businesses.
Workplace and Storage:
We will rent a small garage in Terrace to store our tools, vehicles, and materials. This place will also be used for planning and small repairs.
Team and Roles:
At first, the business will be managed by me (Gagandeep) and my partner. When we get more customers, we will hire part-time workers. One person will do outdoor work, and the other will handle phone calls, bookings, and payments.
Customer Service:
We want our customers to be happy. After each job, we will ask for feedback and fix any issues to make our service better.
