Implementation Plan
This plan shows how we will start and grow our business.
Step 1: Start the Business (Month 1)
We will register the business, buy insurance, and get the needed permits. We will also open a business bank account.
Step 2: Buy Equipment (Month 1–2)
We will buy a lawnmower, snow plow, shovels, and safety gear. We will also buy a used truck for snow plowing.
Step 3: Advertising (Month 2–3)
We will make a logo, business cards, and social media pages. Facebook, Instagram, and word-of-mouth will help us find customers.
Step 4: Start Working (Month 3)
We will begin our work and give discounts to new customers. We will collect feedback to learn what we can do better.
Step 5: Grow the Business (Month 6–12)
We will add new services like lawn fertilizing and hire more workers if needed. We will also try to get long-term contracts with businesses.
Tracking Progress:
We will check how the business is doing by tracking customers, repeat jobs, and income. Feedback will help us improve our services.
